I went with feet joint issues, and right before going to my initial assessment with her, threw my back out. She was able to identify how all these issues were somehow linked and begin treating me to provide relief of the main issues I came to her for. I attend both mat and reformer pilates classes at least 3x/weekly via Class Pass and I keep coming back to Better Body for a consistent, well-rounded workout! Classes are challenging and there is a focus on appropriate form, which sometimes gets lost in group environments.
