I'm a competitive olympic weightlifter. I sustained multiple grade 2 tears (hip adductor, lower abdominals) during a training session last year. Jeff helped me with a pec injury I had. Within a month I was back to benching and ended up setting all time PR's shortly thereafter at my first powerlifting meet. Jeff is kind and thoughtful and I would not have been able to compete or recover after without his guidance. Highly recommend for any strength athletes as he is a lifter himself and knows the in and outs of the sport. That kind of knowledge is rare and hard to find.
