“We knew when we were going to get our roof done, we would be using Preferred Roof Services. They are local, family owned and ran and take pride in their craft. This house’s roof was 34 years old as were the gutters and we were dealing with a very difficult HOA that demanded one specific brand and type of shingle to replace the cedar shake. They took extra care and built covers over all of my garden boxes and water features. They made sure they picked up all scraps and residual material. The pride they took in the entire project was worth its weight in gold. They even had an excellent gutter referral and suggested that black gutters would really complete the appearance. Southbound i5 at 11am on august 10th. It wasn’t even worth it because they weren’t able to pass the rest of the congestion.Maybe don’t do that in a company van.“

“We had the whole house resided. Actually they did a beautiful job. The guys installing it paid so much attention to detail. They trimmed things we didn't think to ask about, just did it! We were concerned at first with the communications with Chris. But in the end, things were just fine, because we realized that he doesn't micromanage the installers. They know what they are doing and do it well. They left our yard clean each day they finished. When job was complete, you'd swear nobody was even here. All trash was picked up the next day or two. Chris may seem a bit aloof, but honestly, he's a good guy. In fact we are having him come back to paint fascia/roof trim that can't be replaced with new trim because it is structural.
