“I was under a lot of stress at work and knew a massage would make me feel better. I quickly learned that Kool Nails doesn’t just do nails. Tina was there, ready to accept me as a teary-eyed walk-in for a massage at the end of a long day. I had such a positive experience with her that I continued to go back while I was stationed in Hampton Roads. Tina is positive as well as confident in her craft. She clearly loves what she does and is very good at it. Most importantly, she truly cares about the human connection. She listened to me and brought healing and wholeness not only to my body but also to my spirit. I highly recommend Tina and this refreshingly uplifting spa and staff.”
