Everything is good service but they want to add more services than what one requires, they don't even ask you, they just put it on the bill but the rest is excellent service from everyone

The standard all vets should be held to.I’m over the top about my dog (as you would expect for a golden doodle owner) and the way they treated and cared for my dog was above and beyond expectations.She’s usually quite nervous but somehow despite having a major procedure she was less anxious than going to the groomer.There are so many overpriced private equity backed Vets in Houston. Not only are the prices cheaper here, the standard of care is much higher. It is not a fancy clinic but don’t let that dissuade you - truly wonderful people providing top tier vet care.

I was amazed how calm my anxious pup was! He’s had some bad experiences at other vets, but the staff at Riverflow was so sweet and patient with him! They made us both feel calm and at ease. Annette was our vet tech and she took extra special care of my fur baby. She is wonderful. They also had clear pricing and affordable care. We will definitely come back here.
