Coach Natalie was my coach for my first time there. She knew exactly what to do. I got one of the best workouts I had in a long time from her. She took care of me the whole way. Normally I used to do only high intensity Cardio And go until my heart is beating out of my chest. It makes you not want to go. Here this is day two, and my legs are still sore. “Melissa has absolutely done a wonderful job teaching my son and family about pelvic floor therapy. We had trouble getting to poop on the potty for years and had been to every gastro and doctor possible to try to help him. All the googling of how to potty trained and nothing stuck. Within a month of going to Melissa my son was pooping on the potty and getting so much stronger in his pelvic floor helping him to push. It’s amazing. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing help with toileting and pelvic floor therapy. She has been absolutely amazing and we love her! My son asks all the time when we can see Melissa again. I can’t thank her enough for helping our family.“

“Dr. V is awesome. He takes the time to talk to you beforehand and get to know your problem areas. He is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. I always feel so much taller when I leave haha. One thing, you can tell him if you need a minute in between to catch your breath because he moves pretty fast, which is also a good thing bc the anticipation kills me. I personally get anxious when going to a chiropractor, but he is very skilled and listens to your needs. He really does care about his patients and offers a great service to the community.“
