“Exceptional Experience with Ali and Häcker Kitchens Houston - A Dream Come True! ?✨After we signed a contract for a new home with the builder, we weren’t satisfied with the builders kitchen design, upgrades and quality for the premium they were charging. We planned to upgrade our own kitchen after closing. We decided on modern European style kitchen and started exploring. We explored several European brands such as Leicht, Eggersmann, Häcker etc. To finalize the vendor, we needed some upfront design and high level cost before getting into contract. Unfortunately, none of them provided the clarity we were looking for. It was then we met Ali, and visited his Häcker showroom in Houston.Meeting Ali was the best thing that happened to us. I have done several medium to large remodels and have never found anyone so exceptional, professional, customer focused and accountable like Ali. Ali provided the wonderful kitchen designs, worked though several iterations to produce a kitchen design we absolutely love. Ali surpassed my expectations to provide visibility and clarity on even the slightest details to make it perfect. He spent countless hours with us through out the process, provided clear visibility on the cost, pro/cons with choices. He went above and beyond to guide me on other aspects of the home remodeling that I was doing.Ali has a top-notch crew who did a fantastic job with the installation. He also delivered this on time we had planned without any delays. Overall the experience was the best! “Use TriFection if you want excellent communication, fair pricing, and expert workmanship. We had a tub removed and a walk-in shower put in our downtown loft. We hired a less well-known contractor who was sent to us by one of those find-a-contractor websites. That guy ripped us off and was basically a thief. All his work had to be taken out and be redone. We found TriFection through Tom Tynan, a much better recommendation than a website that promises to vet contractors but obviously doesn't. I cannot recommend Jeff and TriFection highly enough. I learned a valuable lesson once again, you get what you pay for, and TriFection is worth every penny. Jeff is a loyal Aggie (aren't they all?), but that doesn't stop this UH alum from singing his praises as loudly as I can. We'll always be thankful we found TriFection.
