We engaged in a 5-minute cycling session followed by 35 minutes of mat pilates, which was quite an experience. The room was heated, causing us to sweat a lot, and I'd say it's suitable for individuals who wear hijabs too, as they covered the glass with a towel, which was fantastic.“
