I have to say I’m absolutely amazed at the work Mike did. I’m a mom to a toddler. I did not expect my carpets to look brand new. When I say brand new I mean it. The carpets are only two years old but we definitely made it look a lot older and when Mike was done, it honestly look brand new. I couldn’t stop smiling because this one particular area was going to determine if I became a lifetime customer or see if I should give someone else a try. CARPETMASTER is THE ONE. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait til my flooring gets cleaned by this Company. Thank you so much yet again you deserve this review. More carpets need y’all. The shoe print marks you see is my steps going up to take the picture of the carpet from the same angle. Here are some real life pictures. He was here for about 4hours I wanna say. Richie and Jessica were friendly and did a thorough timely job. my carpets were over due for a cleaning but they look good now.

If anyone is looking for carpet cleaning, Mike with carpet master was absolutely phenomenal! Some of the best customer service I have experienced. From the moment I called and inquired services, he was so amazing on the phone and very detailed and informative. I knew right away this is a person I could absolutely work with. My carpets look and smell absolutely amazing! He was so kind and worked around a house full of kids and engaged with them. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!
