“I’ve been at Apex Midtown since 2018. I couldn’t ask for a better fitness journey. It’s always been important to me to workout correctly to avoid injury AND to be able to workout safely when I was injured outside of the gym. My trainer, Alex, knows SO much about the body and is patient with all the questions I have. My workouts are well thought out and varied to keep things interesting. 10/10 would recommend having a personal trainer at our little neighborhood gym.“
