I attended the Anniversary Celebration on Saturday April 6 and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was welcoming and I felt very at home all day. The classes exceeded my expectations and I enjoyed the opportunity to try new forms of yoga. If you are a yoga enthusiast or you want to learn more about yoga, I highly recommend you check out the classes available at Delta Groove. It was a gift to learn from and practice with this community.
I so appreciate a yoga studio that focuses on both vinyasa, asana, and the breath. So much yoga is hot or flow and yoga has turned into vinyasa vinyasa vinyasa and no asana. This was a wonderful class for all!!
I provided a sound session for one person who was looking for relaxation and to close a chapter with a family issue. A month later, she came back with her parents and brother. At the end of the session, they booked their next appointment.Request Jatziry when booking.
