Absolute 5 star ⭐️ establishment….all of the instructors are unique, and have their own personalities. This makes each class different and challenging. I have been coming for about a month and it’s helped my lower back disc issues very much. Easy class booking on the app, and good crowd of respectable guests. Check it out ! PS - TOMMI has best music selections ? ???
I absolutely love PPY. All of PPY's instructors are great but Britany and her yoga sculpt classes are . Moves, music and personality are what make her one of the best. If you're looking for a great workout, positive energy and safe/comfortable/clean environment PPY is it.
The slow & strong class with Nik is so restorative and empowering. I loved that he said, " even real trees sway in the breeze, it's okay if you wobble," and, "it's not a performance, it's a practice." His instructions were clear and easy to understand which is great for someone like me who's been practicing for years but not all that consistently. When I left I felt melty and boneless in the best way. Definitely take Nik's class if you're looking for yoga that will simultaneously relax and invigorate you!
