“I have been a client of Dawn’s for over 17 years. She is a French-trained professional, and will exceed your expectations with any treatment. I am a fairly “regular” client in that she is the ONLY person I trust to wax my eyebrows. I’ve been to other places prior to meeting Dawn, and no one takes the care, or has the skill to shape my eyebrows to my eyes like her. “This review is long overdue as Jenn has been coloring and cutting my hair for about 4 years. The studio is very calm, has onsite parking, easy scheduling (with online text reminders) and most importantly, Jenn is the best hair stylist I have ever seen. I thought she was the best but that belief was confirmed by a NYC hair stylist at a wedding I was in with his flattering comment that I had the best haircut with follow up questions as to who my stylist is and where she works. Oh, and besides being the best stylist, Jenn's hair washing sink is "lie flat" - so no more stiff neck after a salon wash. I want to mention also that Jenn did hair and make up for my son's Providence wedding. And my daughter in law and the entire wedding party had a great experience with beautiful looking hair and make up. Jenn was also so accommodating with the wedding hair and makeup trial session seeing the bride to be on a Sunday and accommodating her after the bride fell asleep that morning after working the night and arrived late - a glimpse at how Jenn would remain calm even on the wedding day. And to show how thoughtful Jenn is, during Covid Jenn called all her clients and dropped off hair dye (and shampoo/conditioner) to our homes so we could dye our own hair with the color and products she used in the studio!Obviously, she gave us instructions also. I recently had a body scrub. To say that Eliza Williams Spa is pure luxury would be an understatement. No detail is left to chance. My treatment began with a warm greeting where I was led to a private room to discuss which ingredients I'd like to include in my customized scrub and body cream. I went for a winter spice-infused, brown sugar scrub followed by a shea butter body cream. Pure heaven!Megan worked diligently making sure each and every area received proper attention. It was never rough or uncomfortable, only soothing on my itchy winter dry skin. Halfway through I rinsed off and then came back to fresh sheets on the massage table to complete moisturizing with the shea butter.In my first review I said if I could have given more than 5 stars I would, and after 4 months I still mean it.“
