“I REALLY like this practice and all the staff here. Location is great, options are good, staff are phenomenal. Dr. Cates is the first optometrist to notice and correct an issue I had that other optometrists had overlooked. Frame choices are a little lacking - or at least the style I want. But I don't fault the business - it's likely insurance and luxotica's fault. My biggest complaint - fix your bike rack or install a new one, PLEASE! This is such a bike-friendly town and the only rack here has one leg that's pulling out of the asphalt and the other wants to follow suit. I don't often feel safe parking here and if it weren't for Dr. Cates' great care I'd find a different optometry center.“
