Son has severe developmental delays, was looking for a shock collar for my husky. Katie was super helpful, knowledgeable and fun! While she was assisting me, my son was poking her, and interrupting her.She said not to worry at all, and kept engaging and remaining friendly with my child as she used to teach.I have never been in a store where I have been treated with this level of respect, as well my son. Thank you PetSmart!

The last review about I came in with my grandma is NOT TRUE.. I was in the store at the time shopping when these teenagers came in they were very rude with the staff and there was NO GRANDMA with them! only 7 teenagers.. they are just lying to get attention!

Good selection of pet stuff. For a while they were short on the specific type of dog food we bought, so we had to change to a different brand. They have a good selection. The groomers there (esp. Briana) are great. Dog training services have been good, too. Items for sale can be a bit pricey compared to other retailers.
