This is my favorite place to practice yoga in Syracuse. I enjoy the variety of styles offered and even found the heated classes tolerable! Nothing like a heated Bikram class. The slow flow class is great for a change of pace and I really enjoy Erin's iyengar approach. The studio is a lovel
We really enjoyed taking a class at this studio while traveling to Syracuse for a couple days. The teacher was informed, and made her class very accessible for all levels. Staff were super friendly and welcoming! This is a beautiful studio, and we will definitely be back if we're in the area again!
the best little yoga community in the world i’ve lived in colorado, the pnw, atlanta, and lots of places in between. though i have found many lovely studios in my travels, none of them hold a candle to the caliber of teachers, guest teachers (workshops etc), or community that exists at sky yoga. come check it out!
