I went in to get waxed in the afternoon. No one had turned on the hot wax machine that day. They appeared woefully understaffed and friendly, though.One lady that I was sitting near, waiting for her appointment, which was over an hour later than she made it before they called for her.

I called and asked if they could get me In and they said yes. I walked in and was Immediately sat down and they started working on my nails. The guy that did my nails did a very nice job I just had a few things I didn't like. When filing my nails he kept getting the sides of my fingers and it hurt! The other thing is and Its not really their fault is I wish they understood me better when talking to them. I got nail art on my ring fingers. He did the first one and then when doing the second one I noticed it was pointing the same way as the first one. I think the employees are very talented and are courteous to the customers. I would give them a 4-5 star but for the owner who can be rude and short tempered towards people of color, the business gets a 3. If I had my way, I would ask all people of color to boycott this business. If anyone notices, he will have the pple of color wait even if they were there first or have an appointment.
