What an awesome experience. I know! Weird to say about a wax right!?Nope. The ladies were friendly, professional, and welcoming. And Shalai was quick and efficient. And you know it’s good when your waxer has you telling your secrets like you’re homegirls!!!To end my service I received the same attentive service from Toya who checked me out.Thanks you ladies!! Getting waxed by Koko is exactly what you hope getting a wax will be like. Comfortable, minimal pain, and perfect results. She was very efficient and waxed with care! See you in 4 weeks!!
I absolutely loved the experience at my visit. Haven’t been here in years but Shalai made it so easy and while not entirely painless (let’s keep it real) it did go fast! Toya at the front was also extremely helpful and friendly. That kind of customer service makes for repeat customers ❤️.
