We had a great experience. Both my daughter and myself were checked by Silvia. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She taught us what to look for and how to handle this lice problem. She explained to us how to clean the house and all our belongings. In the end, we were positive and got a wonderful preventative treatment. So glad that Silvia came to my apartment to do the treatment. He explained in detail the full process of the balayage and what to expect, walked me through the color and tone we would be choosing and the steps necessary to achieve the color we were aiming for, all while taking care to treat my hair in a safe way and preventing damage.After toning my hair 3-4 months from my initial balayage, my hair looks and feels amazing - Leo did some color blending so that my natural hair growth blends seamlessly into the balayage.Thank you so much Leo for the amazing hair and can’t wait to come back again!

One of my favorite Boots was in need for a repair I brought my Dress Boots to Roberto and showed him where the soles of the boots was worn off. after Roberto inspected the boots he pointed out other things that needed to be fixed and he also assured me and told me not to worry he will fixed all the problems and scratches and polish the boots like brand new ! I was amazed by the excellent quality of craftsmanship and work Roberto did ! His pricing is very reasonable and good . I was so happy with the results I took the shoes off that I was wearing my ( suede blue shoes ) and asked him if he could clean then and bring it back to life and of course he inspected my shoes and showed me other problems the shoe has and with out hesitation I told him fix it do what you have to do I’ll pay anything I trust your work ! 10 Star Review in my experience !!!
been coming here for years and cannot begin to express my gratitude for such a welcoming, kind, respectful community… I’ve probably tried most yoga studios in NYC at this point but sonic remains the one of the very few spaces that *just gets it*some things to consider:- sonic is KNOWN for being more challenging from an asana/physical standpoint so do not be surprised if half the class stands on their head for a level TWO, just a word of warning- all the instructors are highly experienced and dedicated, so you’re in good hands when it comes to safety and alignment (yes, even if they are strict, it’s really to correct/protect you)- genuinely one of the most inclusive yoga studios in the city across body types, ages, etc. (trust me on this one)okay I’m done! everyone should go! and don’t be late!

So let me explain what happened here. In the past you would read a lot of negative reviews about this place ('he touched my penis! the masseuse farted on my neck!) I can confidently say that was because the old owner, Jimothey, was a FREAK and told the employees to touch clients.... areas, etc. The new owner, Mahoney, is a solid person and made a new rule specifically no funny business. So do go back. They also bought a new microwave for heating up the hot stones and they sourced the stones from the east river specifically (bespoke).
