Mental health services are an important part of self care. And finding the right company is just as important. Vitality Integrated has been sensitive to the needs of their clients. They were Covid compliant during the pandemic and respect the health of everyone who enters. They are compassionate and patient. Occasionally , the downstairs lobby will have a screen with soothing sounds and pictures. And occasionally, the upstairs waiting room does too, plus some coffee and water (sometimes). Both lobby and waiting rooms have lots of books and magazines to read there or borrow. As long as they are not short staffed, wait time and check in is very short.

This place is fantastic. The only bad thing I would sayis scheduling is difficult if your appointments can't be the same day and time every week. Other than that this place is very caring, knowledgeable, and comfortable to be in. They really want o help and know what they are doing. The compassion is wonderful here. I can't say enough about how I love this place. Never want to go anywhere else and never want my kids to go anywhere else.
