I am so thrilled to write this review. Several key words come to mind: professional, retention, thorough, kindness, excellent customer service. From my first connection with Sapphire Beauty Studio, I was impressed. Roselin the owner responded quickly and called when she said she would. We had a great phone consultation. She asked great questions and listened to my concerns. She matched me with an amazing technician and offered me multiple appointment times to fit my schedule. She then scheduled me and sent me a confirmation immediately. It was so quick and efficient. She even followed through after my appointment to make sure I was happy. My lashes are truly gorgeous. Not only do I get compliments on them, the retention is so fantastic that I look like I have a fresh set almost all the time. Roselin shared they are so confident with their product and skill that they guarantee their work. They offer multiple payment options and convenient scheduling. Did I mention how comfortable their chairs are and how much I like their warm blankets? I am so blessed to have found this business with such caring people. As an esthetician, I know how important it is to love on and lavish your clients. Sapphire definitely understands this too. I love supporting other amazing, quality people and their passions so I'll be coming back to Sapphire Beauty Studio again and again.

Jenn was absolutely the best in eyelash extensions, creating the perfect sultry cat eye. The place is very presentable and super clean and just cute. I have my follow up already scheduled!

this place and the wonderful women here are amazing !! any reviews saying differently are jus straight lies ! Everytime i go to get my lashes done the atmosphere is just so welcoming. Everything is done perfectly and overall a wonderful place. People need to learn to grow up and realize you can’t get everything that you want , grow up! saw a bad review on here trying to make the business seem bad when they go above and beyond to satisfy they’re customers and even people they may collaborate with. Overall best lash place ever.
