“I took my first mixed level reformer Pilates class with Jody! She was so welcoming, greeted us as soon as we arrived and directed us where to put our things since it was our first time in the studio. Throughout class she consistently checked in, gently adjusted my posture as needed, and moved the weight to make it more beginner friendly. I was nervous as I don't have prior fitness experiences, but even the class members were supportive! Cute and well kept studio, such a positive experience and I will be back to try more classes!“

“I attended the Advanced class with instructor Ashley Moore. She is the most accomplished instructor and really knows her Pilates. The class was very challenging and we never changed the spring setting. The class flowed smoothly and was well thought out. This is a beautiful studio with a great selection of classes, beginning to advanced. Ashley is the BEST!“
