Reno Family Medical Group Medical Clinics

“Reno Family Medical Group has been the acting Primary Care and, most importantly, Coordinated Care, for our company for over a year now. As a business owner, I see now that making the decision to pay for this service is one of the best investments that I could have made for my company. My team knows that they have a health care professional that cares about them and looks out for them as they navigate the minefield that, unfortunately, has become our PCP system here in Northern Nevada. Having Reno Family Medical as a resource has cut down on downtime and sick leave because issues can be addressed when smaller.Thank you Reno Family Medical! We are so thankful you have our backs (and fronts and tops and bottoms:).“

Thrive Infusion Medical Clinics

“10/6/2022I got hit pretty hard with Covid and struggled with my energy level and have been very dehydrated. I opted for the Covid Cosmo (now known as the Essential Cold Care) and the extra 500 ML saline solution ($25). I was surprised that it included: Vitamin C, B-12, B-complex, Magnesium, Zinc, Lysine, Biotin, Glutathione, Selenium & NAD+ and vitamin D. The price was only $200.After a gastric bypass in 2001 left me chronically dehydrated and unable to absorb vitamins/nutrients, leaving me with both nutritional and vitamin deficiencies. I’ve been having medically prescribed IV infusions for years and my out-of-pocket co-pay is always more than $200.I started with an email to Thrive Infusion IV Wellness Lounge asking for an IV infusion appointment for the following Wednesday for the afternoon. I was immediately contacted by Lindsey and confirmed for a 1:00. She texted me to confirm my IV selections, my appointment and gave me the address. They are located inside their sister company: Brain Health Restoration. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Christine at the front desk and soon afterwards my nurse; Crosbie arrived to take me back. The facility was very clean and quiet. Crosbie reviewed my intake paperwork; and she was both knowledgeable and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed in any way and appreciated the time she took to respond to my questions. Once connected my IV with the extra hydration took about 90 minutes to drip. Crosbie was attentive, easy to talk to she checked my IV regularly making sure it was flowing well. We chatted and before I knew it, I was done. When I arrived, at best I was hoping to leave feeling refreshed. But I left feeling that the boost to my immune system was immediate had 100% absorption. I feel my energy and mental clarity have improved, even my sleep has been notably better.I am so grateful to the Thrive team for making my visit a positive experience from beginning to end. I am looking forward to coming in regularly to maintain this natural high and can’t wait to try the new oxygen therapy and PH balance. Maureen Price“

“The treatments at Reno Regenerative Medicine for the peripheral neuropathy symptoms I was experiencing have been successful. I am very pleased with the results. The therapies spanned a period from December 2023 through February 2024 during which time the neuropathy symptoms were significantly reduced to the point of being hardly noticeable. The problem first appeared some three years ago as a mild annoyance in both feet, especially at the balls and toes of the feet. My first reaction was that this would soon go away on its own as if I had stubbed my toe or twisted an ankle. But instead, the symptoms of tingling and mild pain became more irritating. This was especially the case when I was sitting and when watching TV, reading or working at my computer. If I were standing or walking the symptoms were less noticeable. But over time the neuropathy began to show up even when standing still or walking. My primary care physician only prescribed Gabapentin to address the condition. Unfortunately, Gabapentin only attempted to mask the symptoms and did nothing to address the underlying problem. Thus, it was time to seek an alternative solution which was the treatments offered by Reno Regenerative Medicine. The effects of the treatments began to appear after about the fourth or fifth visit with a marked reduction in the neuropathy symptoms in the feet. I followed their advice for taking the medical supplement and use of the infrared light exposures during the treatment period. None of the treatments were painful although some could be a little discomforting.Throughout my visits to Reno Regenerative Medicine the staff, both medical and office, were very friendly, professional, supportive and had my health foremost in the care provided. My thanks to everyone at Reno Regenerative Medicine and especially to Dana, Khara, Marty and Doctors Blaha and Decker.Gratefully, Brian Suen“

Renown Health Premier Care Medical Clinics

“I just want to say that two of the one star reviews are for Renown in general (hospital, etc) That is unfair because Renown Health Premier Care is a separate entity. Although affiliated with Renown..it is a small group of doctors. You pay extra (by choice) to have easier access to your doctor, shorter wait times, more individual attention, etc. The people who wrote negative reviews should have checked their facts before reviewing this office, and put their review on the correct site.“

“The Health Care Provider Women Need!Fast, Complete, Comprehensive, EfficientNot the Review I wanted to write because who wants to share a good thing? Also left the last Primary Care Provider because it took too long to get appointments and I don't want that again.3 years ago I had my first appointment. I arrived early to fill out the paperwork. I was still working on paperwork when they called me back to take my vitals. I was put in the room and I continued to fill out paperwork expecting to sit back and have to wait. Nope appointment was over before I could finish the paperwork and I felt heard. Since then I have brought up concerns that seem out there but Dr Pauline Stoltzer still hears my concerns and explores them. My Child saw Lu (Luella) a year ago due to some stomach pain and she ran a full test for allergies and food-related disease. They were diagnosed with Celiac Disease within four months of that appointment. So many go years without clear answers. We are so thankful. So many of our follow-up appointments are Telehealth and thankfully are so quick. Sometimes I have logged in early for an appointment and they were either over and done with before my appointment start time or within five minutes of my appointment. Once I told my Boyfriend I had to go online for my appointment 8 minutes later I came out and he asked me about my appointment. I explained it was done and over with.So many women feel medically gaslit but not with Dr. Stoltzer. I took my kid for a blood test. When the phlebotomist confirmed the doctor ordering the test, she mentioned she too sees Dr. Stoltzer and felt very heard regarding her medical concerns.I may be moving out of state and if it was possible to still see Dr. Stoltzer with the new insurance I will have to get even if it is via telehealth, It would be so worth it.“

Northern Nevada Urgent Care Medical Clinics

“Picked up a never ending sinus infection that was trying to move into my 66 year old lungs causing me to feel miserable. I was simply not bouncing back. After 10 days of being unable to schedule with my Primary, I followed the recommendation of my friend to call Northern Nevada Urgent Care on Kietzke. I was able to schedule on line. Fill out documents in advance and be seen the same day within a few hours. Finally on the mend. The Doctor was kind, compassionate and thorough in her examination. The facility was large enough, newer and clean. The desk staff were friendly and efficient.I definitely recommend this site and will keep their number in my contacts.“
