Shout out to Chuck!For the past three weeks I've been having intermittent internet connection failures that represented a real productivity drain. Verizon saw the problem and replaced every bit of my FiOS hardware without success. But Chuck was able to figure out the cause as an internet setting misbehaving that immediately resolved it. I can't relate how much relief I feel being able to work without frustration again.IT Radix always comes through, and the people thee are always a delight to work with.

For at least the past 10 years I've been relying on Cathy and her team at IT Radix for IT support for my small business. They always provide prompt, affordable, and knowledgeable support. I've come to know and like a number of their technicians, support staff, and especially Cathy, the owner. I'm in contact with them as often as monthly and can recommend them unquestionably.
