“I have to echo all the other reviews and say that Jayson is seriously incredible. we've had our dryer vents cleaned 3 times before, but nothing even close to this kind of service. We called Jayson to fix a recently (badly) installed dryer duct. Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning our dryer (which we did not expect but apparently is just part of the job to him) and fixing the poorly installed air duct, he also correctly diagnosed a mechanical issue with our dryer, noticed that the recently installed new gas line hadn't been done correctly, and then called in a personal favor to get a professional out to fix it same day. Turns out, Jayson was right, it was dangerous. All of this came at a lower price than we have ever paid even for basic vent cleaning. I don't even want to imagine what could've happened if we had called a different company, or if they hadn't sent Jayson. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it. We will never use anyone else for any service that this company provides.“

“We used for oil to gas conversion and they did an incredible job. Cheryl & Dana are very kind, friendly, and super responsive! We had Mike run the gas lines and do the conversion and he did an incredible job! He was very thorough and patient. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the process to me so I could understand it. When the job was done everything was cleaned up and he even showed me where the gas lines ran to/ what T/ stub was for what (kitchen stove, fireplace, etc). Highly recommend!“

“I had a brand new AC put in the end of last year and so hardly used. When I tried to use it this year, it was not cooling. The tech from the Warranty company said the compressor was gone and had to be replaced. After that he never answered or returned my calls. I called 2 other techs who did not return my calls. I called Mike early morning on Friday and he was there after 5 that Friday and fixed my AC and went above and beyond and cleaned up other messes left by the installer from last year. He is very professional and I feel very confident in recommending him to everyone. I have a new AC/Heater tech now.“

“We were extremely impressed with Overall Plumbing!!! We had quite the dilemma when we heard the sounds of running water coming from our basement. Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible. All this at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Dave & his crew. He is very knowledgeable & professional, not to mention also being very personable!!!! He definitely went above & beyond and for that we are so very appreciative! Thank you Dave!!“

“I've used ZigZag Industrial since 2018 when I purchased my home. I went to Eduard ready to install a standard ducted HVAC system, but the price was way out of my budget. He came up with a solution (mini split system) that was under my budget, extremely efficient and easy to maintain. The install was quick and sharp and the equipment was of high quality. After nearly 6 years of being used almost on a daily basis, and I mean these things take a beating, everything is still running strong! I've used him for all my HVAC maintenance over the years, and recently for an additional heat pump install in another section of my home. The team is knowledgeable, cost conscious when it comes to budget solutions and builds and communicates effectively. It has been great to see his company grow over the years. “Rick the owner & his team of professional’s was fair at giving us a quote for our new air/hvac system while working with our current duct work. Of course he was one of three quotes I received but Rick was honest something I have rarely encountered while owning several homes over the years!The new system took time to tweak but ultimately we are very happy! The system we originally had for air conditioning was to big and thus never feeling like the house was a fresh cooling zone on our third and fourth floors! “We switched to Marcketta from one of the larger corporations for our bi-annual maintenance plan and it was the best decision we could have made. Mike is extremely skilled / knowledgeable and very reliable. He is a local guy with deep ties to the community and when our hvac leaked today (Christmas weekend) he was at our door in less than 10 minutes and the problem was resolved shortly thereafter. No charge as we are maintenance service customers. He doesn’t even require a contract. Marcketta is a rare find, especially in this area where it feels like most vendors are trying to rip you off. “Von Plumbing and Heating is great always on time, efficient, and clear with what what they offer. Used them for bathroom remodels, toilet installations, sink installations, pipe leaks, boiler servicing, boiler installation, and our water heater installation. Been using them for 5+ years and they have never let me down. They are also affordable compared to other companies in the area. They also will travel pretty far, as they are located in Denville, but service Short Hills where I live as well!“
