“I wanted a 9ft round sisal rug in time for Thanksgiving that was proving difficult to find. I looked online and saw that Eatman’s has a variety of rug material by the yard that can be custom cut. The sisal I wanted was out of stock. But Betty and Reilly made it happen. They sprang into action, located a new bolt, had it shipped to them and in no time my rug was cut,serged and had protectant applied to it. And they cut a rug pad to go under the sisal too. They were so easy to work with. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you, Betty and Reilly. Look how great the rug looks!“
