I have practiced yoga for 25 years in multiple states. This place and its people are the REAL DEAL. Awesome sequences, healthy priorities, and expert assists are normal to these people. They nail it. Every. Single. Time.
If you’re looking for a yoga studio, you must see Roman and his incredible teachers at Gratitude Hot Yoga Center. I have practiced many styles of yoga for 20 years and Gratitude is not only a place and space, but a feeling that stay with you and always remember. Being in the classes and space have truly transformed in my spiritual journey so far…and the best is yet to come. I am forever grateful for Gratitude Hot Yoga Center.
Friendly, welcoming staff in an intimate hot yoga studio I've been two classes with two different instructors that were very knowledgeable. Very nice touch that they offer towels for your yoga mat and for your face!
