I have been attending online classes with Cathy for more than 2 years. She consistently creates a welcoming and energetic atmosphere in her classes . Her ability to combine yoga asana and philosophy with movement science and weight training is truly unique.
Panama Retreat 2024 was my 1st introduction to Cathy (and family) and what a treat! Cathy is a perfect balance of energy, experience and fun. She creates therapeutic movement that benefits everyone and also provides room that meets the participants where they are. I had an injury I was dealing with at the time and she provided work arounds for me specifically, while delivering quality work for the entire class.I especially love her real authentic storytelling and humor with a great workout.I highly recommend checking out her online products and retreats...something for every body!
Cathy at Unite Us Yoga is a yoga teacher like NONE other! She is a trained physical therapist who specializes in mobility. She brings this knowledge and expertise to her breadth of knowledge and experience as a yoga guru to her classes. Both in studio and online this yoga instructor is passionately committed to making yoga as meaningful and life changing for you as it is for her. TRY YOGA WITH CATHY AT UNITE US! It is truly amazing!
