My happy place!!! I absolutely love coming here for an amazing sweat, good people, and a peace of mind. All of the instructors are so inspiring, supportive and informative I feel so comfortable here. Everyone is welcoming and the vibe of the community is amazing. I just recently moved here and I've been accepted as part of the community/family. If you are looking for a great Hot Yoga Studio this is the place to be. Hope to see you all soon!!!
I had a thoroughly lovely experience this am at GPY where I took Leaslie’s powerful yet grounding Express Power Flow. I enjoyed the pace and the options for making the practice my own.It was easy to schedule the class, which matched the description listed on the website. I’m just in town visiting and didn’t have my mat or blocks, but was providing with both and for no additional fee. The studio its self is bright, clean and streamlined. My welcome was warm and friendly. I look forward to practicing at GPY the next time I’m in Greensboro.
Most friendly studio and community by far! You are encouraged to take each class to your own level because it's your practice. The cold lavender towel at the end of the class is simply divine!
