I had a great experience yesterday at RX Optical! I've been coming here once or twice a year for many years, and I never really tried any other place for my glasses. Online scheduling and reminder text from MyEyeDr are a must for me. The 1st staff who greeted me was clear, kind & concise (which I appreciated with a 2 year old in tow in a stroller). During my pre-exam, I knocked my glasses on the ground & rolled over them!! They were super bent, but the gentleman immediately offered to take them to the back to see if they could repair. I was having trouble with my rebate getting sent to cooper vision so I called RX Optical and talked to John Hatt who was very kind and helpful. He said if I was having trouble again to come to the store and he would help me. Well, I still couldn’t get my paperwork sent after talking to him. So I went to the RX Optical and John was there and said he would help me. John spent so much of his time trying to get my rebate sent. about 2 hours. All the time I was there at RX Optical he stayed working on my paperwork. He was always very kind, professional and patient. I came here today with my daughter for an eye exam and glasses for both of us. It was really a great experience for us. The clerk was super helpful and down to earth and was very kind to my daughter. The doctor was also very kind and informative as well. One of the employees even gave my daughter a coloring book and it made my daughter feel special. I will be definitely coming back.
