The new office is great. The staff is always friendly. Have been a patient of this office for over 50 years. My husband is now a patient here as well. We refer to the office whenever the opportunity presents itself.

When I was initially fitted for my new glasses, they were great. Then in a couple of months time, my eyes miraculously improved to where I did not seem to need them except for reading and computer work. So Kalamazoo Optometry made me new lenses. Then I was not feeling well a month later and I went to my physician and was deemed with type 2 diabetes. Once I got my glucose back in order, my eyes again changed, this time for even worse. Once again KO remade new lenses for me. All this as well as additional office visits, and they did not charge me a dime!!! Only my original cost. They have great staff and Dr. Luigi Greco is wonderful.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, doctors and physicians. They have a great selection of designer glasses and they’re happy to help you choose the best pair of glasses for you. I was happy with their professionalism during my visit, and their willingness to share info on rebates for contacts was super helpful! I highly recommend this eye doctor and won’t go anywhere else now!
