“The staff employed there are wonderful! Very polite and friendly. They appeared to know their jobs quite well and maintained a professional atmosphere while being in great moods. The optometrist that did my eye exam for contact lenses was Jeffrey C Cosgrove. He was great! My entire appointment took maybe a half an hour and I was out the door with two different brand trial pairs to try out before I'm given an actual written prescription for contacts. I'm to follow up with them in a week and let him know which pair I like the best in regards to being able to see. I've had 6 eye exams for contacts and this one was the best when it comes to the doctor really knowing what he's doing! I have horrible eyesight and I walked out of there practically able to see through walls! It's great! I paid $99 cash and that covered the eye exam and the trial contacts, along with two boxes of contact solution and contact cases. The actual contacts I pay for once I have my prescription. I brought my 7 year old daughter with me and she was able to go in the exam room with me. Once again the doctor made her feel welcome and was cheerful and friendly towards her, which was such a relief! I personally don't consider myself much of a fan of Walmart but the vision center here was apart from THAT chaos. I highly recommend going there for great-priced professional eye care.“
“I only came for new glasses. I needed out of the ordinary lenses. I called everyone in town and no one had a clue what I was talking about, until DAWN. Not only that but I just told her my issue and she is the one that actually suggested what I had been looking for. Dawn has a vast knowledge of lenses and frames. Instead of just saying "we can't do that" and ending the conversation, Dawn offered or suggested alternate options. Dawn was absolutely fantastic. Nowadays most opticians only know the bare minimum and only do the bare minimum. Dawn has a wealth of knowledge and really seemed to care that we got it right. I am so glad I found her.“
