Great experience. Friendly staff that was so helpful and over the top amazing. Dr Pelton was precise and professional and spent the time to get my prescription right. Kaylee in the office was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I’ll give them a 2 because frames came in when they said it would. Don’t bother with coming here. Save yourself the trouble. The upselling is borderline entertaining but past that, I got glasses in just to learn they are new “digital frames”. After I got the sales pitch on why these are great, I was told to try them for 5 days. They’re still terrible. Now I have to go back with prior glasses and start all over. The only reason I came to this location is because I hate shopping and I’m not a fan of trying frames on my big head. I wouldn’t recommend.Edit* changing to 5 stars. I want to give an ultimate two thumbs up to Dr. Goodman and all the staff at Rx Opitical who were helpful, professional, friendly, and accommodating. My new prescription is perfect; I don't ever remember seeing better. And, my new frames look great! Thank you, look forward do doing business with you again when I need glasses next.
