They dropped my insurance a few years ago, but I still go to them.The staff is great and Alex the Assistant Manager is amazing! She brought my glasses back to life after I slept on them.I can count on them to be the best.
Thank you, RxOptical team, for providing exceptional customer service during my annual visit. I'm not sure of all the changes that have happened there over the past year, but I will say that the team there is phenomenal. The atmosphere is definitely different from what it used to be. I am truly impressed. My family and I will definitely come back next year for a follow-up. Experiencing exceptional customer service means everything to me. Ive been working with Rose at the rx optical on the north side and she has been amazing!!! She is so kind, cheery/upbeat and so considerate with helping me find new glasses. Amazing aura! Thanks for all the help Rose!
