(Crew)Logan Hamstra (Crew)Ryan Thompson (Crew)They came out the day we were expecting a snow storm and worked diligently to get as far as they could get even when it started to snow they stay to temporarily put the boards on top so I could use the deck as that is where I let my dogs out. “My only 1 1/2 year old $18K+ Pella door is not opening all the way. I was very frustrated when calling Pella once again trying to set up a service appointment. Luckily, Natalie answered the phone in Grand Rapids. She understood my frustration, and got me an appointment set up in 2 weeks to fix our door. Pella needs to give her a raise, as I was about to write a very bad Pella review. She's very good at customer service and making an unhappy customer feel better. Hopefully, the technician that comes out to fix our door will be as good as Natalie. The 5 stars are for Natalie. I will review the door and service after. :)“
