Amazing staff! One gal in particular spent a lot of time on the phone with me talking through what to expect, the procedure, & recovery. Everyone took their time to make me as comfortable as possible. I especially appreciated the stress balls they give you to hold on during the procedure and the countdown for each laser. Very quick, painless procedure, just some mild discomfort. I put off having this done for a long time because it scared me, but I definitely wish I would have done it sooner! Overall, it was a great experience!

I was nervous about the entire process, but they walked me through each step before going into the lab and during the operation. It took a lot of the anxiety away because I like to know what's going on around me at all times. Everyone here was extremely nice and always greeted me with a smile.

I LOVED the LASIK Vision Institute. The staff was amazing. The staff was super helpful and handled all of my special request/documentation needed for my job.During my surgery, the tech and surgeon explained every step of the way to help ease a lot of my anxiety. It was fairly quick, uncomfortable, but painless. Recovery is going great and I can finally see!!!!!!!I HIGHLY recommend coming here is you are considering the surgery. I am grateful to the entire staff. Thank you so much!
