I have gone to this office for years, and have always had an amazing experience each time. Recently, my son had his first appointment and glasses experience. Matthew was our optician, and he did an excellent job of making my son feel comfortable and explaining all of the different things he was being tested for. Matthew was also extremely helpful in helping him choose glasses that were stylish yet comfortable for a newbie. Per usual, Matthew created a top notch customer experience. Always love working with him! Very knowledgeable and helpful over the years.

I just moved right around the corner from this store, so I was already pleased to have a reputable RxOptical so close. I'd like to say at least two years ago I had my eye on the PERFCT pair of cat eye frames by Oliver Peeples(for eye glasses but I know they also make sunglasses with most frames). Anyway, one day I stopped by to browse their selection. I was pleased but only one pair would do. I wish I could remember all of their names, but let me just tell you that at one point or another, each of the three young men working there helped me. Have been to numerous locations with very mixed experiences. But this location is top notch. Quinlan is a rockstar and has worked with me to find the perfect glasses, -as well as to fix the issues that arose as a result of my experience with another location. And he was a top notch professional throughout the process. Very grateful as I was prepared to move on to another provider. But Quinlan and team have earned my business.
