West Side Massage offers a very unique massage option found nowhere else; a couples massage where the therapist TEACHES you and your partner how to massage each other! I had been hoping for just such a thing for years, during my time living in several different states, and this is the first place I've seen offer such a thing.Courtney the massage therapist was not only very knowledgeable, but a good teacher. She emphasized safe techniques that are good for both the person giving the massage and the person receiving the massage. I feel that I've learned a lot of useful tips and tricks on how to give my partner a good massage at home.And the LOCATION! So cool! The massage was given inside a historical bank vault that was very beautiful and cozy. Just outside, there are a myriad of fun dining and treat options to go and check out before or after your massage. West Side Massage is open most weekdays until 7 pm, so it's accessible even for those with dayshift jobs!I highly recommend West Side Massage and plan to return soon myself!“

“I've had more than one really good experience here with Jamie. It is a very welcoming space from the moment you walk in, with a greeting from her sweet, little dog. It is generally pretty quiet in there, and you never really have much of a wait for your appointment time.The rooms are clean and comfortable. Jamie helps to make you feel comfortable and informed if you have never had a service before, or if you are new here. She is quick and efficient, but does a good job. She is also really good with telling you about aftercare, and tips/tricks, offering you products that she has for sale there to continue your aftercare at home.There are specials, too, if you pay attention to those.“

“We were gifted a hot stone couples massage, and I am so grateful! I’ve had massages before, but this was indeed the best! Honestly, afterward, in the car, I cried tears of peace and joy. I am a disabled veteran, and this is the first time in a very long time that I’ve felt this comfortable in my body due to chronic pain. My massage therapist was Jeannine, and my boyfriend’s was Donna. This was his first massage, and Donna made sure he was comfortable and knew what to expect. He was anxious about it before he went, so it was great to get the reassurance I had given him prior affirmed. He said he would get a massage again, which made my heart smile. As for me, Jeannine was fantastic! I felt so at peace, and her pressure was perfect. I have fibromyalgia, and this was the first time I was comfortable during a massage. I have seen him a few times as I prepare for races and he has helped with muscle soreness that comes with the training as well as pointing me in the direction for at home care and maintenance to encourage a positive race experience for my body. I've played many sports throughout my years and have deal with years of pain and discomfort, after trying numerous therapists, I found pete. Pete and I instantly connected. I felt like I was in class this day, the knowledge pete provided for me as we went through my session was very calming, such an educated therapist that taught me new things about my body and how it works that I never even knew. throughout years of pain, pete was able to focus on specific areas and actually able to relieve them. His space was very calming, educating, and very very clean. I don't think I'll ever leave pete after finding him. People if you need a therapist or are in need of relief, HE IS YOUR GUY. “I treated myself to a 60 min massage for the first time in years and had an absolute lovely experience with Chelle on my birthday!! Chelle is very warm and kind and had me feeling at ease from the moment we met. Chelle took the time to ask more about any areas to focus on, and generally made a point to connect with me to make sure I got what I wanted out of the massage experience. I loved that Chelle presented different options for undressing based on your comfort level, and I also really loved the heated table. I have chronic lower back pain and left deltoid pain and Ray has worked wonders on both of these areas and my all wound muscle tightness and soreness. “I began receiving treatments from Lisa in October of 2021 and am grateful to say I have been seeing her on a consistent basis since. I had major back surgery 11 years ago and have dealt with steady chronic pain since then; while the surgery was successful for the stability of my spine, it left me with many nerve and muscle issues. I sought care when I was at a low and felt as if my body was dying, at the age of 45... I was miserable. I sit at a desk all day and felt my body becoming stiffer from having such a sedentary lifestyle. I had a constant knot near my right shoulder blade that I attributed to using a mouse all day while working on the computer. Deep hip pain also became an issue for me - I thought for certain this was menopausal bursitis.I've called Lisa the chiropractor of the muscles because she knows what needs to be adjusted and works the muscles into their natural place. Not only do her treatments stop the muscles spasms and work out painful nuances, they stick. My hip pain is virtually nonexistent today, also the nerve pain and numbness I had on my outer thighs since my back surgery is gone. She is very knowledgeable with the body and how the muscles work together; it helps that she has strong hands with a keen ability to locate the source of the issues. Unlike any treatments I've had in my life, her ability to get the stress out of my shoulders and neck has given me relief to the point of stopping a many years usage of Excedrin for headaches.Not only would I recommend Lisa for your care, I would excitedly encourage it. I feel good again and am enjoying my life without the daily pain.“
