Was heartbroken to lose my princess, but the whole experience was made easier by Heaven at Home. The veterinarian that came to the house was gentle, compassionate, and tried to make everything painless. I was glad I could hold her as she passed and that she was comfortable at home instead of at the vet clinic after a ride in the car, which she always hated. Would 1000% recommend to anyone facing losing a family pet.
Losing Jasmin left a big hole in our hearts. With the services of Heaven at Home we were able to send her to her Heavenly home where she awaits us. From the first. contact to the appointment with Dr Tillman to the final remains, all was done with compassion and concern for our beautiful Jasmin’s welfare. We can’t thank Heaven at Home enough. The depth of caring I received from this service is incomparable. The sweetest way to say goodbye to my best friend. I still miss him everyday but the care he got in his last moments was everything I could have hoped for. To be with him to the very end, to not have the trauma to go to the vet, to look in his eyes and lay with him and never leave his side…. I’ll cherish that forever. He was a bigger dog and to help carry him out was more helpful than I would have thought. To be his pallbearer…Felt so right. Virgil you are forever in my heart!
