The staff, as always, was caring, kind, and thorough. Dr Palmer's gentle, patient manner is always helpful for an emotional "mom" to get through the day waiting for surgery to be over. What a group of kind and caring pet people, where every pet gets treated like their own. The doctors and staff go out of their way to make every visit as pleasant as "pawsible". Thank you everyone! Milkshake is a very happy young man.

We've been going to Dr. Alfano since he worked out of his house. There's nowhere else I would trust more to care for our pets. The vets and the staff are the absolute best in my opinion.
