She was warm and friendly from the get go, and really engaging throughout the appointment. I loved getting to know her and having chitchat. My hair treatment was a bright balayage and it looks great. Perfect all around. We talked through gloss options and ultimately agreed that what she knew was best as the professional and she was right! I even had my 3 month old baby attend the appointment and Clare was great with her. Allowing me to breastfeed on demand and keep her close when she needed fun/comfort.
