“Great workout option in Charlestown. They often offer promos for classes/class packs which is always appreciated. Instructors are great and good class schedules. I do wish there were later weekend classes but there must not be a big enough demand.“
“Dustienne is a consummate professional and expert in her field. Her therapeutic approaches have been literally life changing in treating the symptoms and root of my pain.“
“Laura is knowledgeable about how your body works. She reads the current research and shares that with you as a client. Laura is reassuring and instills confidence to the client. I appreciate that she writes up a manageable program at home for practice at home. Laura offers to take a video which allows me to see and hear her specific recommendations when doing the exercises. Most importantly, my body is improving since working with Laura!“
“Clean, friendly, and fantastic 6:30 am class taught by a wonderful instructor...I wish I could remember her name but she set the right tone and I felt stretched all day off the matt.“
“Restorative yoga class was exactly what I needed. The instructor was kind and supportive and welcoming. The studio is beautiful. I will definitely be returning:)“
“Their studio is not the biggest one in Boston area, but they are probably the most professional ballet teachers and dancers I met for adult ballet class, both Carlos and Erica are very nice and encouraging. Every time I took Erica’s class, I can feel her positive vibe. She did every demo throughly, every student, from very basic beginner level to very advance pre-professional one , will learn from her. She is very patient to correct your posture, and knows exactly those common mistakes students usually will make. For adult students like me, ballet is very good and important exercise for mind and body, and taking class in Integrarte is always a good experience.“
“I have been practicing at this yoga studio for the past seven months, and I've had numerous wonderful experiences here. The instructors are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming and conducive to relaxation and mindfulness. Overall, it's a fantastic yoga studio that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to practice yoga.“
“Although I don’t live close by I find that the treck to JP Centre yoga is always worth it. The staff is super friendly, the teachers are so knowledgeable and kind, and the space is lovely. I’ve had three back surgeries so I always inform the teachers of this and they watch out for me. They check to make sure I’m positioning myself properly and suggest modifications.Thank you JP Centre Yoga!“
“Wonderful intimate peaceful studio All levels Excellent teachers Reasonable prices No competition here Just yoga in a peaceful center You can be a beginner or challenge your self All levels“
“I met Ildiko in 2010, just after debilitating back and knee surgery- I was a mess, epidural injections max amount in minimum period of time, pain killers and general no quality of life. I can remember our first meeting like it was yesterday, because this was the day my new life began. I couldn't bend, run, jump or keep up with my young son, I was 33 and had the body of an ailing woman. After three years of continual physical therapy- I needed a change and fast. Change I did- my life began to change rather instantly. I was on pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs and Ildi's words of wisdom were "pain is in your brain" followed by "you will not need those medications any more". I became a student, leaning, practicing her rather unconventional exercises: ankle mobility, joint mobility and eye work- the eyes feed and speak to the brain, I learned. Her years of neurological studies allow her to have vast knowledge of the body, our mechanics and how everything works together. I saw her twice a week, and ten years later, once a week. I won't go into the years of exercises, eye work, movement therapy and mobility to tell you that I am a changed woman. Ten years later I can keep up with my teenage son, run, jump, lift heavy, do hard cardio workouts and basically have an excellent quality of life. Getting to this point was a lot of hard work and dedication- yes, I have had setbacks, but Ildi always gets be back on track to living a quality pain-free life. I haven't taken pain killers or any prescribed drugs in ten years. I bring my mother and son to Ildi to help with various issues they face. We FaceTime when something hurts, we text, I follow her Instagram, I see her regularly - I am truly a new woman because of her. If you have pain, limited mobility, poor posture, health concerns, can't sleep- anything, go see Ildi. She can help anyone just like she fixed me.“
“Was very pleased and happy with my massage. Therapist took enough time to understand my issues, was incredibly competent and professional. I will book again“
“I recently moved out of Boston, and the thing I miss most about my old neighborhood is definitely Beacon Hill Yoga! Renvil, the owner of BHY/REPS, is wonderful and the studio is clean, serene, and well-equipped. I enjoyed the variety of classes and instructors and frequent additions of new timeslots and class styles. As an avid yogi and certified instructor who has belonged to many different studios, this is a top-notch place to practice. I would recommend BHY to anyone!“
“This place makes you feel really comfortable and relax. Best yoga classes and excellent caring professionals. I always feel great after a healflow class :)“
“I first met Susan in the winter of 2013, when she was teaching a kickboxing class at my gym. Her class was equal parts technical and fun, and I was instantly drawn to her upbeat style and personality. I think I asked her at the end of that class if she could train me!I started training with Susan at her fitness studio shortly thereafter. I had an 18-month-old at the time, and I was looking for help getting back to my pre-baby level of fitness and also keeping my workouts fresh and interesting. We’ve been training together over 6 years, and she still has me learning new tricks every session!!Susan trained me through my pregnancy with my second child (she can do pre and postnatal!), and she helped me ease back into fitness when my daughter was 6 weeks old. She was nearly 13 pounds, so helping me recover my abs after my 2nd c-section was no small feat! When I plateaued with baby weight loss, it was Susan to the rescue again. I could only train so hard at this point, so she set me up with her reboot nutrition program. I lost 7 pounds that week, and I continued to lose after. At some point, my husband got jealous of my fitness level, and we added weekly partner sessions to my weekly individual sessions. We continued training at her studio until Susan moved to Florida, and though there are hundreds (thousands, maybe??) of trainers in Boston, we continued to train with Susan virtually. We couldn’t picture ‘breaking up’ just because of a little distance! This proved invaluable to us when we moved to Germany for a year and could still continue to train with Susan twice a week. We still train together in person when she comes back to visit, but for the most part, we continue our virtual workouts here in Boston.Susan has trained us through babies, injuries, a move abroad (and back), and the general craziness that is life with two small children. She helps keep us accountable with our fitness and always keeps us motivated. At this point, we see her more as a friend who happens to be awesome at keeping us in shape!“
“Alex has an incredible way of guiding me back to balance. She helps me to integrate my body, mind, energy, and inner wisdom. I'm always amazed by how much clarity I find in just a short session.“
“Recently discovered Radiant near East 1st/on Summer Street. Have taken Two classes so far, Julee Chung (Friday midday) and J Gustavo (Sat morning) and so far very happy with challenge of classes, looking forward to trying more.“
“Just went to my first CorePower class at this location - cannot recommend Noel enough! What an awesome and helpful instructor. :)“
“I wish I could bring this studio back home to Buffalo. Amanda was so sweet and showed me where everything is since I was new for her classes. The studio is beautiful and accommodating with all of the amenities that you would need post workout. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a regular place.“
“Mission Hill Yoga is my happy place! Cassi and her team are amazing. Cassi is so thoughtful, supportive, and goes above and beyond. From setting your mat down in your favorite spot before class to cool towels after hot yoga Cassi takes those extra steps to make you feel welcome. The hands on assist has helped to challenge me and has made me feel more confident in my practice. The studio is super clean and everyone is friendly. I am so glad I took the leap to join. Special shout out to Heated Vinyasa and Spa Yoga with Cassi and Flow Yin with Syringa! I highly recommend Mission Hill Yoga especially if you are new and have always wanted to give yoga a try.“
