I hadn't had any wax services done in more than 10 years and decided to give it a shot again. I am happy I went with this location for trying it again. The place is well kept and clean, front desk is helpful and nice. My specialist Sarah was awesome. She was super kind and I felt comfortable in every step. I will be coming here again for sure. 10/10

I have been a member for several years now at different locations. At each location, I always find someone who is amazing at what they're doing. Currently, I am in the South End and am frequently with Chiselwa and Britany. Chiselwa works incredibly detail oriented and I always have a great time catching up with her - she definitely makes a more unpleasant procedure fun and painless! Brittany is equally amazing and superb at eyebrows! I can totally recommend those two fantastic ladies.

Britany was AWESOME!! Went for a Brazilian wax and barely felt any pain because of the way she waxes. She adds pressure immediately after wax, making less pain, and just know how to apply the wax and remove it in ways that cause way less pain. Also good at conversation to distract me while she does the job. She even took the time to really pluck and remove every hair to make my moneys worth. I went home and noticed i have no wax residue left on me which was such a plus. She really got rid of EVERYTHING. Super sweet and gentle. Gives good advice on what to do for maintenance and care. She’s probably the best waxer I had, very very good and smart at what she does :)
