I decided to try out pilates last year and found Kore through ClassPass. I ended up loving it so much that even after they were no longer available to book through there, I signed up for a membership. The instructors were patient with me as I was a complete beginner to reformer pilates. I recommend a small studio like this if you have no prior experience, as going to other bigger studios (ie. Lagree, Solidcore) right off the bat is going to be too intense. I do not receive the small group attention that I get at Kore at other studios. If I had not built a foundation here, I would have likely gotten injured in those classes. I've continued to go twice a week and Kore is my favorite part of my weekly exercise routine. I've seen both physical and mental changes alike. I feel so much stronger from when I first started. Parking is easy in their structure. Be sure to enter through the blue entrance on Mariposa for 2 hours free validation. I made a mistake my first time by parking in the other lot and had to pay about $20. My favorite instructors are Dianne and Allie. Dianne is fun, bubbly, and will kick your butt. Her classes are always different and as someone who gets bored easily, I love it. Allie is just so kind and patient- always great about correcting form. I took a lot of her classes when I was first starting out. Overall, most instructors here are solid and I've noticed they've stepped up the difficulty of the classes as the members progress, which I appreciate. If you're thinking about trying out pilates, I could not recommend Kore more! It is expensive, but it really is the best investment I've made for my health.

I love it here the staff is so nice and welcoming! I took my first ever Pilates class here, beginner reformer, and the environment was so encouraging and quaint which made it less intimidating. I attended one class and immediately wanted to book 5 more, Thank you Kore Pilates!!

I started my journey with KORE Pilates back in April 2023 with Katie when she still had the bandwidth to teach group lessons. Katie is such an amazing and encouraging instructor that I quickly opted in for the 4 class a month pass. I vividly remember how much I “wish” I had the physical and mental strength to opt into their platinum membership (unlimited classes a month) but instead focused on completing their summer challenge at the time. Before I knew it, I was going to classes so often that I ended up kicking off my platinum membership in September 2023 ^.^KORE Pilates truly has some of the kindest and most encouraging instructors I’ve ever come across.
