I've had an excellent experience with Jacob Termite & Pest Control. They were the company I used to do my tenting during the escrow process, before I moved into my new home. I've stayed with them for over a year now on a monthly service.They have been so helpful, so flexible with my schedule. I highly recommend this company. I had a rodent issue for while now and my boyfriend couldn't figure out how they were getting in and where they were coming from. We hired a few companies but we had same issues. After numerous treatments they ended up giving us a refund and told us it's impossible to treat our apartment. We finally found a local pest control company through our neighbor. They told me that they did a great job so we decided to try them out. I was shocked how knowledgeable they were! They even found out where they were coming from. They sealed all the entry points on the exterior of the property and set up traps. Fast forward a week later, we are finally not hearing anymore noise. We are super pleased with the service and Jacob gave us a piece of mind back in our lives once again. One thing that I really liked about this company is Peter, the receptionist. He explained everything and reassured us that they won't quit until they catch every single one of them. I highly recommend JACOB Termite & Pest Control.

We had a bizarre/gross situation in that we and our neighbors suddenly had an influx of cockroaches onto the sidewalk and into our driveways midday. Yes, we live in the city, but seeing cockroaches up and down the sidewalk during the day is not a normal sight around here. So, as you can imagine, this was fairly disturbing. It was around 4pm and I started calling every pest control company I could find that serviced my area. No one was available. Around 530, at the end of my wits, I reached someone who referred me to this company, to whom I made my final call... and Peter picked up and decided to help me. David showed up after his shift had ended and sprayed everywhere in sight. I felt that they both went out of their way to help me figure out how this had happened and why and how to fix it. (They explained that when there's sewer work--which there had been--roaches can get forced out through other manholes onto the street. EWWWWWW) Obviously, I hope we don't have to go through this again, but if I see another one, I'm calling them ASAP.Thank you all so much. You really gave us peace of mind overnight.
