“This is a long overdue review for LA custom tile. The project was a complete bathroom remodel turning a tub shower into a stall shower without the surrounding curb. Mark did the demo down to the studs, rerouted water pipes and the drain and did a great job on finish plumbing. His tile work is on another level! The result is beautiful and flawless. He is very detail oriented and clean and respectful of my house. Mark takes on one job at a time and was usually here 6 days a week from start to finish. “Marcos and his team are excellent professionals. The estimate and available options were clear and accurate.My floors hadn't been finished in 40 or 50 years, and the varnish had worn through in a few places, with some gapping and discoloration from water damage. Marcos was able to even it up quite a bit to make those spots much less noticeable. He warned that the floor had been sanded probably a few times previous, and this was the last sanding it could take.I appreciated that he was attuned to the vintage character of my 1937 house, and didn't try to up-sell me into replacing or "updating" anything!We are very very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.“

“We called Eshed after seeing his many five star reviews. The granite strip at the edge of our kitchen sink had cracked and lifted. We thought the repair would be extensive and expensive. Eshed immediately came out and repaired the granite so that the crack is completely invisible. Old world craftsman skills at a reasonable cost. While he was here he and his crew re-grouted all our sinks and the bathtub... then re-sealed my kitchen granite counters. They look brand new. Excellent work. They worked efficiently and totally cleaned up after the job. We are more than satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone needing tile or stone work.“

“Long post, but worth reading!! Choose them. They are amazing! We contracted with High Touch to remodel our 1940 barely touched home into a modern Craftsmen. We researched at least 6 contractors, some all-inclusive and others not, and although High Touch was not the least expensive and not all-inclusive, they were worth every penny. They promised us to finish in 9 to 10 months; it took 11. Anytime there was a question/concern from either party, Guy was there immediately to discuss the issue, resolution, and possible cost. They went above and beyond to customize our project to suit us. The entire High Touch Team, from Guy to each of their crew members, showed tremendous attention to detail that we truly appreciated because we are very detail oriented ourselves. We absolutely LOVE our home and had the best experience working with High Touch! This is not to say that we didn't have any hiccups and setbacks, but even a few years later, each day we wake up with a great sense of gratitude to High Touch for making our dream home come to life.
