“Dr Orlando is a wonderful practitioner who brings an incredible degree of skill and compassion to his treatment protocols. I was diagnosed with CRPS several months ago, and after running the gamut of nerve blocks, medication and other treatments (more than can be mentioned in a short review), I found his practice. I was curious after reading his many good reviews and the Mayo Clinic study. Over the course of a two-weeks protocol, which I repeated twice, I experienced profound change. After the first session, I experienced ten minutes of my foot feeling "calm": no pain, and a sense that the turbulent waters of CRPS had parted for a brief, but blissful moment. It gave me hope. By my last session, I was walking. I had entered Dr Orlando's practice unable to even gently touch my foot on the ground. Over time, and via his many well-constructed treatments (as well as a healthy dose of his positivity and encouragement along the way), I got better. There is still a way to go, but knowing this therapy is out there—and being administered by such expert, science-based, caring doctors as Dr Orlando—has been life changing.“
“I've been doing Pilates for over 20 years and Jenny Tate Pilates is the best all-around workout I've had. Walk taller, feel stronger, and firm your body. Although I've liked many of the trainers I've worked with, I've never had one as good as Jenny. Her attentiveness and knowledge far exceeds any trainer I've ever worked with. She provides corrections that often seem small but isolate and strengthen whatever is targeted. She understands the body and expertly guides you but will quickly pivot to another exercise if she sees you're form is incorrect so you don't get injured. I highly recommend her private studio to anyone looking to take Pilates.“

It's been years, so I can only imagine the lasers and fancy tools you're using in your practice these days. I love how you use traditional methods mixed in with whatever modern tool compliments what you're doing. After a car accident, Dr. Cobb not only took the lead in my rehab, but his front office helped navigate the insurance, and even helped me get a settlement, that I was not expecting. As far as treatments go, I always felt well cared for, and greatly improved when I left. I miss our sessions, and how you'd always get me to laugh and relax, right before you'd bust out a difficult adjustment.
