“The house had four bedrooms but only one shower upstairs. With teenagers, that was becoming a daily problem. We took part of an oversized closet and used it to create another bathroom with a shower, then reworked the hallway bathroom so it wasn’t so cramped. Not the glamorous type of remodel people post before-and-afters of, but probably the most useful thing we’ve done to this house.”
“I was very happy with our roof repair from Acker Roofing. We had some metal flashing coming up along with the shingles on top of it. Kevin came out to give us a quote and ended up drilling down the flashing and shingles later that same day. We were really happy with the quick fix and highly recommend Acker Roofing. We had a five star experience with our repair.”
“Really smooth experience from start to finish. I had them come out to clean the roof and gutter and fix some crusted, deteriorated rubber around a roof vent and a cracked gutter. The whole process was easy — clear communication and no-hassle scheduling.
What stood out most: when something wasn't quite right, they came back without hesitation to make it perfect. That kind of follow-through is rare.
Timeliness was consistently good too — they showed up when they said they would, which matters more than people realize. I've dealt with contractors before who show up 30+ minutes late with zero heads-up, and that alone sours an otherwise good job. Bay Valley didn't do that once.
Would recommend.”
