Polite, punctual, and diagnosed the problem quickly. However, they turned my outside water spigot on and didn’t turn it off. We didn’t realized it for about 6 hours, so that will be a nice water bill.

The man who I spoke with is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinly looks out for the person behind the phone call. I called after experiencing severe issues with another company. Not only was the man kind, patient, and knowledgeable, but he told me to take out a pen and paper and write down what he was telling me. I took diligent notes, he explained throughly, and we talked for a length of time as he made sure to thoroughly understand and take care of my needs. Once the phone-call was finished, I felt knowledgeable about my problem and how to proceed in fixing it. The real kicker is, not one part of the resolution benefited the man financially. Thank you to Seabolt Heating and Cooling for fixing our heat pump today! American Home Shield sent out a different fompany FIVE times since June who couldn't get it fixed. Mr. Seabolt explained how awful the other company had messed up the existing heat pump and (once AHS finally approved it) came out after 2 days to replace it on a Saturday.
