I was gifted a Groupon for an hourlong hot stone massage with Lucy. I have a very busy schedule but she was very helpful in the booking process, which was done over text which I liked (you can also call but I preferred to text due to my She was understanding when I had to reschedule last minute and was able to get me in just a few weeks later. The entire facility is very cozy and welcoming with a home-y vibe. The massage room itself also has a comforting tranquil feel. Alyssa was so nice and gave me a really great haircut! As a fairly low-maintenance person when it comes to hair and beauty treatments, I always feel really weird being in hair salons, but Lifted is chill, relaxing, and didn't make me feel at all out of place. I've gone to the various bougie salons in the neighborhood trying to find a stylist I like, but here is the only salon I really liked and plan to return to.
